I. Product Related Information

  1. Will the T-shirts shrink?

Our T-shirts undergo pre-shrinking treatment. We recommend washing inside out according to the care label, tumble drying on low heat, or air drying to further reduce the possibility of shrinkage (usually no more than 3%).

  1. Are the shoes genuine leather?

Yes. Cirbalan LLC shoes are all made of top-grain cowhide or premium calfskin (see each product details page for specific materials). Some casual styles may use high-grade synthetic leather, which will be clearly indicated in the title and specifications.

  1. How do I choose the size for the hat?

Baseball caps mostly have adjustable straps (one size fits all).

  1. Is the windbreaker waterproof?

Most windbreakers have a water-repellent coating and can withstand light rain. We do not recommend wearing them in heavy rain or prolonged rain.

II. Orders and Payment (Including One-Time Sales Instructions)

  1. Is it a one-time charge or is there a subsequent monthly fee?

One-time sale. You only pay the amount shown on your order (total price of goods + shipping). There are no hidden subscription fees, membership fees, or auto-renewals. You have full ownership of the goods after purchase.

  1. What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc. All payments are processed through encrypted channels; we do not store complete card numbers.

  1. Can I change the address or size after placing an order?

You can contact customer service to make changes within 2 hours of order payment. If the warehouse has already packed and shipped the goods, changes cannot be made. We recommend processing the return and exchange policy upon receipt of the goods.

  1. How do I get an e-invoice?

Enter your email address when submitting your order. We will send an e-invoice within 3 days of shipment. If you do not receive it, please check your spam/junk mail folder or contact us.

III. Logistics and Delivery

  1. How long will it take to receive the goods?

Within the United States: 3–7 business days

The specific delivery time depends on the carrier. Delays may occur during holidays or promotional periods.

  1. How do I track my order?

We will send you an email notification with a tracking number after shipment. You can also check your orders on the “My Orders” page of the official website.

IV. Returns and After-Sales Service

  1. Can I return items? What are the conditions?

Yes. Items (including T-shirts, hats, windbreakers, and leather shoes) that are unwashed, unworn, and have intact tags can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt.

  1. Who bears the return shipping cost?

For product quality issues (such as a windbreaker with a ripped seam, or leather shoes with the glue coming undone): We will bear the return shipping cost (you need to contact customer service first and provide photos for verification).

For personal reasons (unsuitable size, dissatisfaction): You will bear the return shipping cost.

  1. How long does it take for the refund to arrive?

After we receive the returned item and check it, we will refund it to you via the original payment channel within 3-7 business days. The specific arrival time for credit cards/bank cards depends on the issuing bank.

V. Account and Privacy

  1. Is registration required to purchase?

After registering, you can view your order history and save your address, but you can also check out directly as a guest.

  1. Will you store my credit card information?
