Returns and Refund Policy
We are committed to your satisfaction with every item. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please apply for a return according to this policy.
I. Core Return Terms (Including Returns After Opening)
1.1 Flexible Return Policy
You can apply for a return within 14 days of receiving the goods.
1.2 ✅ Returns Allowed After Opening
To give you more peace of mind when trying on and using items, we still accept returns even if the item has been opened (including removing the sealed packaging from T-shirts, trying on shoes, removing tags from hats, and removing the outer packaging from trench coats), provided that:
The item has not been excessively used or significantly damaged (e.g., severely stained T-shirts, severely scratched or worn shoes, torn trench coats);
All accessories are complete (e.g., spare shoelaces for shoes, belts for trench coats, adjustment buckles for hats, etc.).
Note: For hygiene reasons, opened but unwashed, and only briefly tried-on T-shirts can still be returned. You don’t need to worry about “not being able to return items after opening the packaging.”
1.3 Rare Cases Where Returns Are Not Applicable
The following items are not eligible for return:
Personalized/customized items (e.g., trench coats/T-shirts printed with your name or custom-sized)
Clearance sale items (clearly marked “Final Sale” in the product title)
Apparently severe damage (e.g., cut, stained, or burned) or incomplete (missing major parts)

III. Refund Policy
Refund Amount: The actual amount paid for the item (excluding original shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error)
Refund Time: Within 3-7 business days after we receive the returned package. Refund processing time varies depending on the payment method.
Partial Returns: If only part of an order is returned, the shipping fee will not be refunded; only the item price will be refunded.
