Welcome to Cirbalan LLC’s services. Please read these terms carefully before placing your order. Once you submit your order and complete payment, you agree to all the contents of these terms.

I. One-Time Sale Nature (Core Billing Terms)

1.1 One-Time Transaction
All goods sold to you by Cirbalan LLC (including but not limited to T-shirts, shoes, hats, windbreakers, etc.) are one-time sales. This means:

You pay for the goods and corresponding shipping costs (if any) at the price shown on the order page in one transaction;

After payment, except for returns and exchanges stipulated in these terms, you will not need to pay any subsequent fees (such as monthly fees, membership fees, auto-renewal fees, etc.);

This purchase does not constitute any form of subscription, installment payment, or recurring delivery plan.

1.2 Purchase, Not Lease

You are purchasing perpetual ownership of the goods (not a lease or license). Upon delivery of the goods, title and risk of loss are governed by the “Delivery and Transfer of Risk” section of these terms.

II. Billing and Payment Terms

2.1 Price
All product prices are subject to the final amount displayed on the checkout page. Prices include applicable sales tax/VAT (if required to be listed separately by law, it will be displayed separately in the shopping cart). Cirbalan LLC reserves the right to adjust prices at any time, but such adjustments will not affect confirmed orders.

2.2 Payment Methods
We support major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and other payment methods listed on the checkout page. Payment must be completed within 24 hours of order submission; orders not paid within this timeframe will be automatically cancelled.

III. Orders and Delivery

3.1 Order Confirmation
After you submit your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This email only indicates that we have received your request and does not signify that the order has been accepted. The contract is established when we actually ship the goods and send you a shipping notification.

3.2 Delivery Area and Time

United States: 3–7 business days

Specific delivery times are not guaranteed. We are not liable for direct or indirect losses due to force majeure or delays caused by the carrier. 3.3 Delivery Failure Circumstances

If the delivery address you provide is incorrect or the goods are refused, resulting in the package being returned:

You will be responsible for the actual round-trip shipping costs incurred;

We will refund the remaining payment to the original payment account after deducting the shipping costs.

IV. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Cirbalan LLC shall not be liable for any indirect losses (such as lost profits, loss of goodwill, or lost wages);

Our maximum compensation shall not exceed the order amount you paid for the problematic goods.

V. Prohibition of Resale

Goods sold by Cirbalan LLC are for personal use only. You may not purchase in bulk and resell through other platforms. If we reasonably suspect resale, we reserve the right to cancel the relevant order and suspend the account’s purchasing privileges.
